2. Ordering Procedure

– Your order must include your name, address, phone number, email, credit card details, and any other required information.
– A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is cleared. If not received within two business days, contact sales@gotyoucoveredflooringcentre.com.
– Orders are only accepted from individuals who can legally enter binding contracts.
– Ensure all details in any quotation are accurate before placing an order.

3. Your Order
– Order acknowledgment is not a guarantee of product availability.
– You are responsible for the accuracy of your measurements if provided, and we accept no liability for incorrect orders based on inaccurate measurements.

4. Payment
– Payment must be received in advance before processing your order.
– Online payments are processed securely by an independent company. We do not have access to your payment card information.

5. Price-Match Guarantee
– We offer a price-match guarantee for identical products and quantities for retail clients.
– A formal, valid written quotation is required for price matching.
– The competitor’s price must be verifiable, and the product must be new, identical, and available for immediate sale.

6. Website Images
– Colour representation of product images is not guaranteed. Order samples or visit our showroom to see the product in person.
– Images are for guidance only and may vary depending on screen settings.

7. Colour Variation
– Natural timber flooring will have colour variations due to species, age, growing conditions, and exposure to light. Variations are normal and expected.

8. Sample Service
– Samples are taken from current stock and may vary. Natural variations add to the product’s beauty.
– Sample sizes may vary, but we aim to provide the largest possible sample.

9. Cancellation Due to Error or Unavailability
– We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors or unavailability, even after confirmation. If your credit card has been charged, a refund will be issued immediately.
– If products are unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your options.

10. Delivery
– Claims for delivery issues must be made within 14 days.
– Customers are responsible for storing materials indoors unless specified.
– Delivery instructions must be adhered to, or additional fees may apply.
– Inspect goods upon delivery and before installation. Once installation starts, no claims for incorrect goods will be accepted.

11. Onsite Works
– Onsite services are subject to site inspection and measurement. Services are offered in Victoria only.
– Qualified trades will be arranged to complete works if requested and included in the quotation.

12. Refunds/Replacement
– Refunds are available for unopened items within 14 days of purchase, subject to restocking fees.
– Returns must be made to our warehouse, and certain items are non-returnable.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

13. Security
– We strive to protect your information, but data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as secure. Any information transmitted is at your own risk.

14. Privacy
– We comply with our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Terms and Conditions of Trade

1. General
– This agreement sets out the terms on which Got You Covered Flooring Centre will extend credit terms and supply goods to you. By ordering goods, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Payment
– Payment terms are a maximum of 30 days.

3. Acceptance of Goods
– You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as ordered unless you notify us at the time of delivery.

4. Credit Terms
– Credit terms are available at our discretion upon approval of a written application.
– We may terminate credit terms and require immediate payment at any time without notice.

5. Default
– If you default on payment, you will indemnify us for all recovery costs, including legal fees and interest.
– We may suspend deliveries or terminate the agreement if you default.

6. Delivery and Risk
– Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays.
– Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Title and PPSA
– Ownership remains with us until all amounts owing are paid in full.
– You hold the goods as trustee until payment is made in full.
– We may repossess goods if you default on payment.

Australian Consumer Law

– Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.
– This does not apply to goods damaged after installation for reasons unrelated to their condition at supply.

Refund, Credit, or Exchange

– If the product does not match its description, we offer a credit or exchange. However, screen settings can affect how products appear online.
– Laminate products and natural timber may vary in colour and texture.
– We cannot refund, credit, or exchange products damaged due to misuse or abnormal use.
